| Normal resolution (e.g: open bank account, resolution that need not to be file with CCM): | RM20 each |
| Allotment of shares: | RM 200 (limited to 3 shareholders, extra charges applied if more than 3) |
| Audited account lodgement: | RM200 |
| Appointment of new director: | RM100 + RM15 for each insolvency search |
| Resination of director: | RM100 |
| Resign + appoint of director: | RM100 plus RM15 for each insolvency search |
| Change of company name: | RM450 |
| Change object clause: | RM100 + RM30 CCM Fee |
| Transfer share: | RM150 |
| Stamping fee for share transfer: | The higher of RM13 or every RM3 for RM1,000 in value of shares |
| Courier charges: | RM15 |
The above fees are free of any other disbursement except 6% Services Tax
